Buffer Stock:
We have the policy of maintaining Buffer stock at 20% of the total supply order to run the supply uninterrupted at possible nearest site of project dumping point. We already install a buffer stock by importing Stone/Aggregate/Boulders from abroad.
Own water way transportation system:
To maintain the proportionate progress of supply an extra arrangement of water way transportation by Bulkhead, Light Vessel, Boat etc. for smooth running of supply at adverse situation like flood, hartal/strike/Cyclone and any other unexpected situation.
Own Road way transportation system:
We have good arrangement of road transport vehicles by hiring trucks, dump trucks, excavator for loading, manpower for operating of transportation etc.
Special arrangement with Bangladesh Railway for wagon transportation:
We have special arrangement with Bangladesh Railway to carry materials by railway wagons at site in an adverse environment to maintain uninterrupted supply.

To face Cyclone, Flood, Political Unrest need hard working skilled staff to maintain supply works. Our Company staff are prepared for it.
